tat4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion cancellation, we will honor bonuses already credited to player accounts, but no new claims will be accepted. Specific bonus terms and conditions take precedence over these general terms in case of conflict.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

10. Account Closure and Suspension

tat4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:

• You have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You have created duplicate accounts.
• Your account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon account closure or suspension:

• You will forfeit access to the Platform and any pending bets may be voided.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Your legitimate account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any ongoing investigations.
• We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected pending investigation.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, all pending bets will be settled, and your remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction specified above, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
